Description: Atlantis Food’s Smoked Fish Dip is an unsurpassable gourmet dip made with select fillets of fresh smoked yellow-fin tuna and or mahi-mahi, hot smoked over citrus and northern hardwoods, then mixed with garlic, chives and special seasonings.

Usage: Atlantis Smoked Fish Dip can be served on any style cracker topped with a slice of jalapeno pepper, lemon or hot sauce. Great with raw vegetable sticks.

Ingredients: Smoked yellow-fin tuna and or mahi-mahi, soybean oil, water, vinegar, food starch-modified, egg yolks, garlic, lemon juice, salt, mustard flour, vegetable gum, Xanathan gum, chives, spice, beta-carotene (color) and natural flavors, potassium Sorbate, sodium benzoate and calcium Disodium EDTA used to protect quality.
